We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us. Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.

Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

In short: Some information, such as your IP address and/or browser and device characteristics, is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

In short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following categories of third parties: Cloud Computing Services, Communication & Collaboration Tools, and Payment Processors.

We have contracts in place with our third parties designed to help safeguard your personal information; they cannot use it beyond what we’ve instructed, and will not share it with any other organization.

Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.

In some regions (EEA, UK, Switzerland, Canada) you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and rights related to automated decision-making. 11. Controls for Do-Not-Track features

No uniform technology standard for DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will update this notice accordingly.

We retain Category A and D data for one year following collection, as needed to provide the Services.

Your rights include the right to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, and non-discrimination for exercising rights over your personal data, plus (state-dependent) rights to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling.

We will verify your identity before processing any request. If we decline to act on a request, you may appeal by emailing us; if denied, you may submit a complaint to your state attorney general.

California “Shine the Light” law: California residents may request, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information we’ve disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
